How to make kratom tea
Making tea from kratom is not similar to making regular tea. There are several steps that you need to perform in order to make kratom tea. This is a simple kratom tea recipe that is used by most of the people using kratom. This recipie can make about 8 to 16 mild doses for a person. You can also make 4 moderate stage doses or two strong doses from this recipie. 1. First you need to get some dried leafs of kratom. Crush it well just like you see the leaves of tea.
2. Now put the leaves in a pot in which you want it to be boiled.
3. Add 1 liter of water with 50 grams of crushed kratom leaves to it.
4. Now you need to boil it for 15 minutes.
5. The next step is to filter out the leaves from the liquid. You can use a strainer for this purpose. Do it in the same way as you do while preparing tea. However, this time you do not have to waste the leaves that are left behind.
6. Get the water saved in some other pot.
7. Put them back in the pot with fresh water and repeat the above steps.
8. After the second time, you can discard the leaves that are filtered.
9. Now put the water obtained from the second procedure to the pot in which you have saved the water from the first one.
10. Now you need to boil it for the time that it reaches 100 ml. This procedure can be time taking but you need to do this in order to get the best results. Just keep it boiling until 100 ml is reached. This is due to the reason that the volume of the water can be reduced so that you can swallow maximum and reasonable amount of kratom in one dose.
11. If you wish to make it mild, you can increase the volume of water or if you want it to be strong, you can increase the concentration of kratom.
12. You need to be careful because it may spatter and/or burn, if it starts to become syrupy. The taste of the tea is bitter obviously. You can swallow it quickly to avoid its taste. You can also add some honey or sugar to make its taste better. You can also take some fruity juice after taking the tea. Adding about ten percent of alcohol will preserve it for several months in the refrigerator
