Myths About Acne
There are certain misconceptions that prevail in the minds of the people about acne and its possible causes. There are some common false ideas about acne: like it is sometimes evident that eating certain foods can cure acne in some of the individuals. However, you must keep in mind that scientifically, the relation between foods and acne has not been proven with convincing results. Contrary to popular beliefs, chocolate, sugar, milk, chips, and seafood do not cause acne. Therefore, it is clear that the effect of foods is different for every person. Sometimes, people also believe that celibacy and excess masturbation are the cause of acne. Although there are related reasons for acne with sex, these activities do not cause acne. Therefore you must be aware about the possible reasons and do not believe in myths blindly. |
